You can get much more performance out of it, make a spindle bearing block, connect the shaft to spindle via a belt and pulley system and add a 2:1 ratio between the spindle and the shaft, here you are using a 3 flute endmill, and at that rpm and feed speed the flutes are just rotating without cutting and causing friction, you need to double the torque with the cost of less rpm and speed up your feeds

Thanks! This CNC is using Daedalus 600W spindle. The end mill is a cheap one made in China.
